Sergio Blardony, born in Madrid in 1965, is a composer who has won awards such as the First Prize SGAE, "Ciutat de Tarragona" and "Joaquín Turina".  Although mainly self-taught, he studied with prominent composers and had a special relationship with José Luis de Delás at the University of Alcalá de Henares.  Its catalogue includes more than 50 works of various genres, performed by prestigious musicians and orchestras in Spain and abroad.  His compositions have been recorded and published by music publishers, and appear on CDs.  He has received commissions from cultural institutions, festivals and instrumental formations.
