Ni Kaomeng, hailing from Wenzhou, Zhejiang, is a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Wenzhou Federation of Social Sciences, Secretary-General of the Social Sciences Branch of the World Wenzhou People’s Association, founder of AIGCxChina, AI community curator, AI science popularization volunteer, AI event curator, and AI music enthusiast. Since 2024, he has authored one of China’s earliest AI music operation guides, organized the country’s first AI music festival and several AI music competitions, and established AI music workshops and AI music Battle event brands. He has led the development of China’s first AIMV (AI Music Video) industry standard, initiated industry alliances, and launched the AI music video league system, scoring system, and ranking system. He has also guided and initiated China’s first May Fourth-themed, June 1st-themed, July 1st-themed, August 1st-themed, Hong Kong Return-themed, Paris Olympics-themed, and Qixi-themed AI music and AIMV co-creations and competitions. Additionally, he has served as a judge for numerous national and regional AI music competitions and was invited to share his insights at the 2024 World Artificial Intelligence Conference. Passionate about AI music creation, he is dedicated to using AI music to promote Wenzhou's historical and cultural heritage. His efforts in AI+Culture and AI+Social Sciences have been featured and promoted by media outlets such as Global Times and Zhejiang Daily.
