Dr. Zongqin LIU, as one of China’s most sought-after flutists, she received the prestigious. Meisterklassenexamen Degree (Germany) in flute performance and currently, serving as the. Instructor of Flute at Zhejiang Conservatory of Music. In addition, she serves an important role as a distinguished instructor and researcher at Shanghai Conservatory of Music. She received scholarships for consecutive years to attend Shanghai. Conservatory of Music and was also the recipient of International Academy of Performing Arts (Germany). While studying in Germany, she has collaborated and performed with many. professional orchestras such as National Theater Orchestra Mannheim, Kurpfalz Philharmonic. Heidelberg and served the interim member of both orchestras. Furthermore, she has been. invited to participate in Lugano Music Festival (Swiss) and invited to perform at prominent music. venues such as Klagenfurt Music Center (Austria). In 2014, she performed the Liebermann Flute Concerto with Baden-Baden Philharmonic (Germany), received the terminal degree (Doctor of Music) in  Flute Performance. In October 2016, she was invited to perform and toured China with the World Master Orchestra under the baton of the celebrated German conductor – Christoph Eschenbach. Her performance with the orchestra was highly praised by members of the orchestra and her audience. She was received a Bronze Medal prize in the 10th Zhejiang Musical Dance Festival. Her personal album “Cantabile Silkroad” was published by People's Music Publishing House in 2023.
