Dr. SONG Jialin is a composer and a faculty member in the Department of Music Technology at Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, recognized as a young creative talent by the National Art Fund. His extensive body of work spans multiple genres, including opera, orchestral music, chamber music, jazz, and electronic music.

As a composer, his works have been consistently featured in prominent music events in recent years, such as the Beijing Modern Music Festival, Beijing Youth Art Festival, International Chamber Music Festival, Beijing Traditional Music Festival, Shanghai International Guqin Art Exhibition, National Symposium for Young and Middle-aged Composers (Beijing), Xie Jin Youth Film Awards Ceremony, National College Students' Art Exhibition, Hangzhou International Electronic Music Festival, "Dunhuang Cup" National Ethnic Instrumental Music Competition, Central Conservatory of Music Jazz Festival, and the concert series of the Chamber Orchestra of Zhejiang Conservatory of Music.He has received support from multiple national and provincial art fund programs, and several of his works have been published by the Central Conservatory of Music Press. His compositions have been described by Music Weekly as “permeated with the profundity of Eastern aesthetics and the vitality of modern art.”
