Maria Arestovych is a Ukrainian composer and a graduate (Bachelor’s degree) of the National Music Academy of Ukraine. She began her studies at the Department of Composition and Electroacoustic Music at the I. P. Kotlyarevsky Kharkiv National University of Arts (under the supervision of Alla Zagaykevych).Mariia has participated in numerous contemporary international projects,including: Kyiv Music Fest (2022), ManiFeste-2023 (Paris), LeVivier (a collaboration between young composers from Kyiv and Montreal, 2023) and EM-visia (2023).The creative output features chamber, choral, and electroacoustic works.
