Wu You is a distinguished Chinese classical guitarist, known for his technical prowess and musical artistry. He has won numerous top prizes in international guitar competitions, including "Forum Gitarre Wien" in Vienna and "LiGiTa" in Liechtenstein. Born in Lishu, Jilin, China, You Wu began studying guitar at age 8 under his father's guidance. At 12, he became the youngest winner of a national guitar competition in China. He later studied with Prof. Danny Yeh at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and Maestro Alvaro Pierri at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna, where he earned his master's degree. Wu You has performed across Asia and Europe and teaches classical guitar at Zhejiang Conservatory of music.
