Zhou Tianche (TC Z.) is the founder and manager of Studio21A in Beijing, and is a well-known recording, mixing and mastering engineer in China.

He graduated from the Central Conservatory of Music Middle School in 2007 and graduated from the Central Conservatory of Music in 2011 with a major in electronic music production. While gradually completing his university studies, he began to engage in professional recording and mixing work and cooperated with many well-known artists and producers. In 2012, he co-founded the large-scale commercial recording studio "Tweak Tones Labs", and in 2019, he expanded his business again and established the large-scale private-owned commercial recording studio "Studio21A", which was nominated for "Best Studio Design Project" at the TEC Awards. During his career, he produced a large number of great-selling excellent recording, mixing and mastering works. Based on his numerous practical experience, a set of technical methodologies with personal characteristics has been formed, dedicated to the highest quality record production.
