Jeff (Chih-Fang) Huang Bio: He holds both a master's degree and a doctorate in automatic control from Taiwan National Chiao Tung University, and a master's degree in orchestral composition from Taiwan Chiao Tung University. He has long been engaged in related research on AI Music Therapy System, AI automated composition, and wearable health devices, and has learned computer music by Prof. Phil Winsor. He once served as a Music Technology researcher at the Music Institute of Taiwan Chiao Tung University. He is a professor in the National Chiao Tung University's master's degree program in Sound and Music Innovative Technologies, and has served as a tutor for more than 40 master's and doctoral students at Taiwan Chiao Tung University. He is currently a professor at the Department of Nursing and Health Marketing at Kainan University in Taiwan, a core member of the Taiwan HRV Association, and the current chairman of the Taiwan Computer Music Association (TCMA). He also serves as a review committee member for various SCI, SSCI, and A&HCI international journals, as well as for the International Computer Music Conference (ICMC) paper reviewer, and computer music works, on both sessions. The computer music works he composes have been performed in Europe, the United States, Japan, Asia and other places all year round.
