Born in Talavera, Spain (1951), he follows traditional music studies at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Madrid. In 1983 he moved to United States where he obtained the degree of “Master of Arts” (City University of New York) and the degree of PhD (State University of New York at Buffalo) and specializes in computer music and computer art. He was a pupil of Charles Dodge, Morton Feldman, Leharen Hiller and others. His work as a composer has produced works that have premiered in Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, New York, Toronto, Rome, London, Helsinki, Porto, etc. and have been recorded, transmitted and broadcast on stations in America and Europe.
His music has been performed in some festival of contemporary and computer music: BBC, NYEMF, Csound Conference, Almeida Festival London, TIME Helsinki, Roma Europa, North American New Music Festival, Linz Ars Electronica, Milan, Seoul, and others.
