XIAO Xiang is a composer, performer, and master student in Electronic Music Composition at the Central Conservatory of Music, China. His research focuses on the design of digital instruments, web-based digital score and the integration of AI technologies in music. He has designed works and instruments for platforms such as Max/MSP, JavaScript, Arduino, Eurorack modular synthesizers, and Monome Norns music computers. Starting in 2020 within Beijing’s underground music scene, he has since broadened his reach to the international stage, performing at festivals including ICMC, BMMF, and Musicacoustica-Hangzhou.
