Zhang Baojun is an Associate Professor of Cello in the Department of Orchestral Music of Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, Master's Degree Tutor, Vice President of the String Society of Zhejiang Province Musicians Association, Artistic Advisor of the Orchestral Music Committee of Huzhou Musicians Association, Member of Hangzhou Piano Trio, Young Talent of the “Xin Song Project” of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture, and former First Chair Cello of Zhejiang Symphony Orchestra. Shanghai Conservatory of Music, sent to the Universitetet i Tromsø, Nord-Norges Musikkonservatorium to study abroad, won the Norwegian government full scholarships, master's degree. In 2017-2018, she went to New York University as a visiting scholar, and gave many concerts during her studies. She has visited many European countries and participated in many important governmental foreign affairs activities, such as visits to Ishiho, Germany, Shizuoka, Japan, etc., as a cello soloist. Since teaching at the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music, she has travelled to England, Hungary, Serbia, Japan and Mauritius to conduct academic exchanges and seminars.
