Admired as an exciting performer and piano teacher, Dr. Yang Ding, is a concert pianist, associate professor, the Yamaha Artist, the winner of the Qianjiang Talent sponsored program at Zhejiang, and the prizewinner in main piano competitions. He won the top prizes at Los Angeles Liszt International Piano Competition, the Cincinnati World Piano Competition, the Jacob Flier International Piano Competition, the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music Concerto Competition, as well as the New York Bradshaw& Buono International Piano Competition. As a solo performer, Dr. Ding has performed throughout the U.S., Korea and China. The venues have included Carnegie Hall Weill Recital Hall, Thayer Hall in Los Angeles, Cincinnati Arts Museum in Cincinnati, OH, Benaroya Hall in Seattle, WA, Tsuen Wan Town Hall in Hong Kong, Seoul Arts Center, Korea, Xiamen Concert Hall and Hangzhou Grand Theater in China, etc..
