Abstract: The Conservatories in China have launched a required course titled Introduction to Artificial Intelligence for all incoming undergraduate students in the Class of 2024. Centered on the integration of science and musical art, the course adopts a modular structure (including foundational theory, advanced topics, and hands-on practice) and employs a blended teaching model combining online and in-person instruction. This initiative has achieved promising preliminary outcomes. The lecture will share insights into the course’s design, implementation, and practical experiences, and looks forward to exchanging ideas and fostering collaboration with fellow educators and researchers.
